Goings Ons...

~Because I know you all are on the edge of your seats wondering what I did yesterday~we cleaned out the van. Really cleaned the van. As in took all the mats out and cleaned them. If it weren't so hot I would just go and sit out in it and enjoy the clean. Instead I think I need to go out and lay in my hammock and enjoy the clean van. I haven't been in the hammock in three days and it is calling my name.

But alas, I am trying to be a good example to the kids and get my work done before I play. But here's the rub, how do I know when my work is done? Ahhhh, something for me to think about in the hammock.

~Yesterday Abbie did a craft with James. I pretty much just let her do all the little crafty things, cause #1-I'm not good with that sort of thing and #2-it keeps them both occupied. She turned him into an apple tree. He looked so cute and he would just stand in the yard and well, be an apple tree.

~Sunday afternoon we came home to a big mess of cat hair in the back yard and no Sylvester cat to be found. We searched a little bit to no avail, but he showed up later that evening perfectly fine. Mark and Matt decided to set out the animal trap to try to catch whatever was fighting with Sylvester.

Imagine our surprise yesterday morning when we caught.......Sylvester. Silly cat.

~Kimberly is having a cookbook giveaway. I love cookbooks! I think they are so much fun to read through. I especially like the ones where the women write little antidotes about the recipes and it has stories throughout.

~Okay, enough stalling, its time to get back to work.
