Freezer Friday....

This week was a little out of the ordinary for me in that I was out of the house two days from 7 to 6.  I was able to keep my friends little toddler while she is at summer camp with the girls.

So, a lot did not get done in the house this week, but I amazed as I look around that things are not too crazy.  Yesterday I got caught up on the laundry and was able to freeze eight quarts of tomatoes that were gifted to me. I need to go pick our tomatoes, but it is really really wet out there.  And its nice and cool inside and its hot and humid outside.  And I might be a little on the "oh well" side of things this morning.

I was able to put some meal preps in the freezer as I just doubled some meals and used my crockpot for some other things.

This week:
2 bags of cooked spanish rice
4 bags of black beans (I cooked them in the crockpot)
3 bags of taco seasoned beef
2 bags of sloppy joe beef
and
2 bags of plain cooked beef.

If I get up the gumption I will make a bunch of breakfast burritos this afternoon. Hmmmm....
