Walking Wendy Weekend Wrap-Up #2

This week was better.  I felt so much better, I guess the sluggishness of coming off the soft drinks is passing.  And it was warmer which helped me a lot. 

I did my walking everyday (Monday-Saturday) and am so looking forward to a break today.  Not that the walking is hard, but Friday and Saturday I did the one mile power walk with Leslie Sansone and ya'll-it doesn't feel like you are doing anything special while you are doing it-but afterwords....I was so sore. 

I drank at least 96 oz of water each day, some days more.  This might be why I have more energy this week also.  I keep a little notebook and I love crossing those water marks off my list!

Now that the weather is a little warmer and the days are longer I hope to be able to start walking outside some-but not today!  Today is sit, swing, and read afternoon time!
